Pet Policy

Requirements

📌 All male dogs must be castrated (unless too young)

📌 All female dogs must be spayed or not be in season

📌 Vaccinations required (certificate must be provided before any stay, whether day care or boarding) *must be valid at least 1 month prior to stay

📌 Hepatitis, and Parvovirus (DHP) – Usually valid for 3 years

📌 (Lepto/L4) – Valid for 2 months to 1 year (annual renewal required)

📌 Kennel cough (recommended but not required) – Valid for 12 months

📌 Dogs must be up to date with flea & worming treatments

📌 No destructive, aggressive, or incontinent dogs accepted

📌 Puppies are welcome, but they must be fully house-trained

FAQ’S

  • Please bring your pup’s own bed and/or bedding for comfort

    If dog is crate trained, please bring this also.

  • Any special diets must be pre-prepared before an overnight stay. If your pup

    eats fresh meats (e.g., chicken or beef), they must be pre-cooked, frozen into daily portions, and we will defrost as needed.

  • We supply toys, treats, and lots of fun and cuddles!

📌 Overnight Stays: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required 8 weeks in advance to secure your pup’s stay. Deposits are refundable only if cancelled at least 2 weeks in advance.

📌 Day Care: Must be paid the day before. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
